COOPERATION WITH SPANISH INSTITUTIONS

ASEP/JDS  has made agreements with numerous Spanish Institutions in order to distribute the results of different surveys.

Some of these contributions are:

  • Ministry of the Interior: Since 2000, ASEP/JDS has created the Question Bank for the  Permanent Observatory of Immigration (OPI), available in the following link http://www.jdsurvey.com/bdinmig.  It includes the questions from different surveys carried out by ASEP/JDS and the Centre for Sociological Research (CIS) from 1979 to 2002.
  • ASEP/JDS has prepared an annual survey publication in CDRom of the Encuesta de Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo, y la Encuesta de Coyuntura Laboral (ECL).  Recently, the CDRom of the survey Encuesta de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo has been prepared.  A CDRom is published as well every four years for the study Encuesta de Juventud carried out by the INJUVE.
  • From 1997 to 2003, a CDROM has been prepared for the Ministerio de Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales with data from the annual survey Actitudes de los Españoles hacia la Inmigración, and from 2000 to 2004, with data from the survey La Voz de los Inmigrantes.
  • In 2002 and 2003, the first three barometers of the Real Instituto Elcano de Estudios Internacionales y Estratégicos were accomplished.  This Institute has dedicated since its foundation to the analysis of the spanish public opinion about foreign policy and international relations, including the perception that people have of other nations.   These barometers are available in the Databank ASEP/JDS for interactive analysis.
  • In 2004, a CDRom and a study were prepared, for the Fundación Caja Madrid, through a national survey El dilema de la supervivencia. Los españoles ante el Medio Ambiente.

  • In 2006, a CDRom and a study were carried for INCIPE and the Spanish Institute of Strategic Studies (Ministry of Defence) through a national survey La Opinión Pública Española y la Política Exterior y de Seguridad.
